Senior .Net Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Contract: 6+ months (extendable)

Experience: 10 - 12 years

Job Description:

Client is seeking a talented Senior Software Development Engineer in Test. You will automate critical test cases and workflows, collaborating closely with Quality Engineers and Developers. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential. A passion for technology is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

Automate high-priority tests to ensure quality delivery

Integrate tests with a centralized dashboard for visibility

Implement and enhance services to troubleshoot critical production issues

Required Skills:

Extensive experience with C# and NUnit

Experience developing and implementing Service-Oriented Applications

Experience with REST services

SQL proficiency

Familiarity with distributed architectures & messaging systems (WCF, MSMQ, PubSub)

API test case, test plan, and test data design

Ability to work remotely and independently

Desired Skills:

ORM technologies, preferably NHibernate and/or SqlAlchemy

Spring.net

.NET performance monitoring and tuning

Basic Python knowledge

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
