DEKA Research and Development, located in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Software Engineer in Test to join a team developing full-stack embedded architecture for new product development.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest level of software performance, reliability, and quality.Help evolve DEKA's software processes as the product grows.Solve technical challenges while maintaining high performance standards.Qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Science or related field.5+ years of automation testing and development experience, including embedded machine control applications using C++ in Linux environment.2+ years of hands-on experience with Linux Real-time Patched Kernel.Experience with orchestration, CI/CD, and manufacturing controls platforms.Knowledge of testing methodologies and commitment to quality.Understanding of security standards and design.Proficiency in writing design specs, documentation, and test plans.Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Networking and debugging skills in distributed systems.Experience with Linux Sockets (ZMQ), MQTT, REST API, and DevOps tools like Ansible, Artifactory, GitLab.Familiarity with security testing tools such as OpenScap and CVE Scan.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Docker deployment.Proficiency in C++ (including CMake) and Python development.Knowledge of GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5 standards.About DEKA:
