Job Description: Overview The Technology Onboarding & Experience team is looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to make enhancements and improvements to an internal .NET Framework web application. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise, strong implementation capabilities, and a seasoned eye for planning future technical implementations. This is an individual contributor role & does not involve line management responsibilities. Role You will be responsible for the implementation of enhancements to an internal .NET Framework web application. This would include hands-on implementation, testing (Unit and integration), and deployment of changes tied to the application. Once the individual has gained an understanding of the application and implemented the needed changes, there is a second scoped effort surrounding estimation and planning. Specifically, this individual would begin investigation and creation of a roadmap and estimate tied to migrating of this application from one environment to another. All About You/Experience -Strong experience with the .NET Stack -> NET Framework -> MVC -Experience with common client-side tools and languages -> jQuery -> javaScript -> KendoUI -Experience with SQL (specifically SQL Server) -Ability to understand and follow through on complex problems both independently and in a team setting -Proven ability to communicate with team members effectively -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
