BTS Software Solutions is seeking a SUASMAN Software Engineer to support operations in Hurlburt Field, FL.

The Software Engineer shall perform software engineering support services to sustain the SUASMAN web application, using the lean agile software methodology of SCRUM.

Primary Location: Hurlburt Field, FL

Clearance Requirement: SECRET

Responsibilities include supporting software maintenance activities, sustainment, and agile lifecycle upgrades of the SUASMAN web application.

Ensure comprehensive software documentation, including maintaining the Software Design Document (SDD), recording changes, incidents, and releases in the Change Management Database (CMDB), and preparing release management documentation and SOPs for backup and recovery.

Provide monthly reports on technical, performance, and financial aspects to the COR, assist in developing user documentation, and prepare content and minutes for the Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings with recommended changes for approval.

Author additions and modifications to the SDD for minor releases, build and package releases as per Sprint Goals, and collaborate with SUAS Operations to maintain a 1-2 year roadmap for system sustainment and upgrades.

Education and Experience:

The candidate must be senior-level with a minimum of 10 years' experience, be 8570 compliant with Security+ certification, and hold a BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Additionally, at least one year of experience in Cloud Computing environments (AWS/Azure), knowledge in Cloud PaaS, DevOps, Advanced .NET/CORE, SQL Server, IIS Web Servers, PKI Certificates, SCRUM Master methodologies, Source Control, System accreditation, IA compliance, and Security Best Practices are required.
