CirrusLabs is a leading consulting firm based in Alpharetta, GA, specializing in delivering innovative technical solutions to clients across various industries. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Software Engineers to join our dynamic development team, responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of robust software applications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with users and business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements
• Develop and review functional and technical design specifications for software applications
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to end-users and project teams
• Mentor junior developers and assist in team training initiatives
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Qualification

Required

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Management, Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in software development using Java/J2EE technologies

Preferred

• Proficiency with modern front-end and back-end technologies including Angular, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL
• Familiarity with build tools such as Maven, ANT, and version control systems like GIT
• Experience with Python scripting and integration is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
