Software Engineer .net - Motion Recruitment : Job Details

My client is a fintech and Pre-Paid Issuer, located in Orange County. They offer a number of different financial services to customers all around. They are looking for someone who is creative and organized, as well as skilled in graphic design and HTML. Experience in the credit card industry is a plus. This position will involve developing web applications using Microsoft technologies (C#, SQL Server) as well as a variety of modern UX Languages. Candidate will be designing, developing and enhancing/supporting applications. They truly want someone coming from merchant services or payment processing. .NET/C# and sql server are the only must haves. This is full time, fully onsite in Costa Mesa. 90-110k base. What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain services that support real-time transaction processing, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Develop scalable APIs and backend systems in a secure, high-availability environment.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, product, and compliance to ensure end-to-end reliability Must-Have Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience (preferably in fintech, banking, or payments).
• Attitude to learn and grow.
• Understanding of Azure. Knowledge/ experience with building secure, transactional systems.
• Solid grasp of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP preferred).
