Responsibilities
Managing and recruiting a globally distributed team of technical professionals.Fostering a culture of continuous learning, including mentorship and career development.Conducting regular one-on-ones, performance assessments, and career development sessions.Managing the secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) using Agile methodology.Developing applications for mobile, desktop OS, and cloud-native platforms.Collaborating on technical architectures and standards across engineering teams.Overseeing daily operations of a high-availability SaaS solution, including monitoring, on-call support, and incident response.Partnering with Product, Support, Security, and other teams to align priorities and enable effectiveness.Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR.Managing customer escalations and serving as the domain expert for the application/system.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.4+ years in management or leadership roles.Strong understanding of software engineering processes and methodologies.Excellent technical design skills for cloud-native, mobile, and desktop solutions.Experience with multiple stacks, frameworks, and languages (e.g., .NET/C#, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Flutter, Angular, React).Experience with cloud providers like Azure, AWS, GCP and their services.Experience building systems with RDBMS, NoSQL, and message queuing systems.Strong decision-making and communication skills.Ability to innovate and explore new ideas.Team player with integrity, maturity, and a positive attitude.Nice-to-have
Knowledge of IAM technologies like OAuth, JWT, OIDC, SAML, SCIM.Understanding of cloud-native architectures and API design.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Company Description
