Software Engineer - Mill-Max Manufacturing : Job Details

Description Mill-Max Mfg. Corp., one of the world's leading manufacturers of electronic interconnect components, has a great opportunity available to join our Software Engineering Team in Oyster Bay, New York. Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and modify code to support existing applications.
• Consult with users to gather specs, write code, and develop solutions for new applications.
• Thoroughly debug, test, document, and gain user acceptance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 3-5 years related work experience.
• A strong, structured programming background in VB.Net.
• Must possess experience in systems design and have a solid understanding of software development, program lifecycle, database development (Oracle and/or SQL), unit testing and integrated system testing.
• Ability to work on a team or independently.
• Knowledge of Inventory and Manufacturing-related systems helpful.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Job Details:

• Reports to Department Manager
• Full-Time Salaried Employee
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
• Pay: $100,000 - $140,000 annually
