- Take ownership of key product areas and drive roadmaps to deliver results.

- Work across the stack: front-end, back-end, system design, debugging, and testing.

- Collaborate with leadership on important business and product decisions.
Key Areas You'll Work On
- Automating complex workflows for insurance, affordability programs, and fulfillment.
- Using AI/ML to classify documents, extract unstructured data, and answer reference-based questions.
- Automating multi-step processes on third-party platforms using RPA/scraping.
- Designing systems to make reliable decisions and handle errors across multiple processes.
- Scaling solutions across more drugs, patients, and provider markets.
- Building strong, reliable data and ML pipelines.
- Turning large, complex data into useful insights that guide business decisions.
- Creating user-friendly, AI-powered experiences for patients, doctors, and partners.
- Helping biopharma companies speed up drug development and launch.
- Developing models to predict trial performance, adoption rates, and pricing impacts.
- Enrolling patients and physicians into clinical programs using real-time data.
What Were Looking ForExperience
- 0 to 15 years of full-stack software engineering experience at fast-growing companies or startups.
- Strong coding skills with experience in building and shipping products.
Education
- Degree in Computer Science (preferably from a top institution).
Skills
- Comfortable working across the stack (backend + frontend).
- Familiar with technologies like Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication skills, able to work well with both teams and customers.
- Fast learner who can deliver quickly and find creative solutions.
