Role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll architect and deliver high-impact features across web and mobile platforms, directly shaping the product roadmap for a solution already trusted by enterprise clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges in an industry ripe for digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end solutions using React (TypeScript) for frontend and Ruby on Rails for backend systems, ensuring seamless integration between web and mobile apps.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security across PostgreSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Lead code reviews and architectural decisions while managing technical debt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Partner with product managers and customer success teams to translate non-technical user needs into elegant technical solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to maintain rapid, reliable deployment cycles.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to on-call rotations for mission-critical systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with React and Ruby on Rails in production environments.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality B2B SaaS products for non-technical users.
- Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on engineering experience.
- Must be based in the SF Bay Area and comfortable with a hybrid work model (2-3 days in-office).
Bonus Skills
- Experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
- Familiarity with facility management, logistics, or field-service software.
