We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our Support and Operations team. This team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Cat Digital portfolio of applications. They continuously identify opportunities to improve software support through innovative development and automation solutions. What you will do:Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based applications and scripts to support operational needs. Collaborate with support teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients. Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to ensure high availability and reliability. Create and maintain documentation for support processes, tools, and systems. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in support operations.
