- Work as part of a software development team to design and implement rapid prototypes for a broad range of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), sensor exploitation, tracking, and Command and Control (C2) challenges
- Develop cutting-edge modelling and simulation tools and algorithms across the air, land, sea, space domains
- Develop and perform mission scenarios and vignettes to determine mission, system, and component performance in real-time and faster-than-real-time systems
- Take ownership of software modules from design, implementation, maintenance, and test
- Participate in the Agile development process and employ DevSecOps best practices
- Decompose high-level tasks into smaller more manageable issues/tasks
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, adaptable to change, and respond to quick turn-around requests
- Support customer demonstrations, integration events, and field experiments

Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or science field with 2+ years of relevant professional experience OR an advanced degree in a related field
- Creative and innovative problem solver with a diverse background of experiences
- Understanding multiple system interactions and the ability to investigate and diagnose issues across multiple applications
- Experience performing software coding, testing, validation, and verification activities
- Proficient in programming languages, e.g. Java, C++, Python
- Experience using collaborative source code management, Agile Development, and DevSecOps
- Experience with Windows and Linux Development Environments
- Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Active Secret Clearance, able to get TS/SCI Clearance
- Experience with real-time or time critical processing pipelines
- Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas
- Front-end development including geospatial UI/UX
- Cloud native technologies, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Harbor, Helm
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
