• Design, develop, and maintain user interface components and web applications using React.js
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, developers, testers, and other cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions
• Analyze and solve technical problems, debugging and troubleshooting code issues
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and contribute to automated testing frameworks

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in application software programming OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in application software programming
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in building user interfaces with React.js
• In-depth understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or MobX
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha
• Proficient in using GITLAB for version control
• Understanding of basic UI/UX design principles
• Prior experience with regulated financial organizations is a plus
