Summary of Responsibilities:

• Communicate with engineering, project development and management teams
• Contribute to the development of engineering designs
• Develop technical documentation – requirements, design, and test plans
• Follow team direction / work alongside other engineers / manage assignments (time management)
• Manage design quality and configuration management
• Support field assignments

Requirement Highlights:

• Engineering related bachelor's degree (software engineering desired)
• Ambition for developing software (real-time embedded systems, graphical user interfaces and non-real-time applications) – Desired languages: C++, C#, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, FORTRAN, ADA
• Experience with software configuration management tools. Ex: GitLab
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Experience in software testability (Design for test, unit testing, etc)
• Experience with containerization desired (Ex: Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to travel
• Ability to obtain/maintain a secret security clearance
