Product Engineering @ Pave

What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years of frontend engineering experience with modern web technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, React, and some experience with data-intensive applications.
• Growing expertise in data visualization: building performant, data-rich interfaces that handle complex logic and large datasets.
• Growing product intuition: understanding user impact, seeking context, and balancing speed with thoughtful decisions.
• Execution-driven mindset: thriving in fast-paced environments, with a bias for action and thoughtful solutions.
• Adaptability in ambiguity: comfortable filling gaps, prototyping, and evolving approaches.
• Collaborative style: working well with cross-functional teams to deliver value.
• Nice to have: experience at B2B SaaS companies, especially during growth phases.

Compensation

Salary is part of a comprehensive package including equity, medical/dental/vision coverage, unlimited PTO, and region-specific benefits. Compensation levels are based on interview performance and experience, with transparency about levels and ranges.
