• Experience in software architecture and design, with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• Professional software development experience, beyond internships.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C# utilizing object-oriented design principles.

• Solid understanding of software engineering practices, including the complete software development lifecycle.
• Ability to manage a project from requirements gathering to successful launch.
• Experience with workflows involving large datasets and machine learning applications in a production environment.
• Proven track record in delivering complex software systems to customers.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Estonian and English (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
