We seek a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, has strong full-stack web application skills using the .Net/React stack, and is experienced in Azure cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy features for a payment service using .NET, React, and SQL.
• Analyze and refine requirements for project alignment.
• Write unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Take ownership of your work for timely project delivery.
• Work effectively in an agile environment, managing ambiguity.
• Stay updated with new technologies and innovate solutions.
• Identify and implement process and technology improvements.
• Provide technical support and debugging for operational issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful service integration.

Requirements:

Technical:

• At least 4 years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET and C# backend development.
• Experience with React frontend development.
• Strong SQL database management skills.
• Azure cloud-native development expertise (Azure Functions, App Service, Blob Storage).
• Experience building web applications and REST services.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and ambiguity navigation skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Attention to detail and task prioritization skills.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with observability and reliability tools like Datadog.
• Previous payment systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps.

Additional Details:

Business Unit: PPI

FLSA: Exempt

Salary Range (US): $88,000 - $132,000 annually, with potential variation based on location and experience.

Other Compensation: Profit sharing bonus plan.
