Software Developer - Entry Level - Sev1Tech LLC : Job Details

Sev1Tech is seeking a Software Developer to support our customer with capabilities development, technical services, and subject matter expertise in Mission Command and C2 Maneuver systems. The role involves providing primary technical support for radar systems, including the AN/TPQ-53 Radar System.

Primary Responsibilities

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK AT FT. SILL, OKLAHOMA

• Perform routine duties in an industrial security office to obtain security clearance, control employee IDs and records, maintain lock and key records, and arrange visit authorizations for restricted areas.
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software for engineering applications.
• Collaborate with analysts to understand their analytic and interface requirements.
• Develop tools and interfaces to support system functionalities.
• Design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, including compilers and network distribution applications.
• Set operational specifications and analyze software requirements.
• Design embedded systems software.
• Analyze user needs to develop and design effective software solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active US Secret security clearance.
• At least 1 year of related experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Willing to travel up to 10% CONUS for operational support.
• Meet DODD 8140.01 Cyber Workforce Management foundational qualification requirements.
• Experience with Linux Development, JAVA, ADA, or C++.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with the full lifecycle of software in military systems.
• Knowledge of encryption and certificates.
• Familiarity with CECOM PPSS processes is a plus.
• Experience with AGILE development and Atlassian tools is a plus.
