Job Summary
Altice USA is a leading provider of Mobile, Broadband (DOCSIS, Fiber) and Video services in the United States. The Product Development organization is responsible for the technology enablement and development of these technologies for our customers along with the tools used by our teams to support them.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the SDE II DevOps Toolchain will participate as part of a highly skilled software development team to build the tools, processes and automation frameworks that will improve productivity, drive efficiency, and ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities
Contribute to our software development tools strategy accelerating our development teams.Implement a CI/CD pipeline to support broadband, video, mobile, and customer support applications.Implement tools to identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams.Introduce capabilities for effective A/B testing of releases.Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance testing practices and tools.Implement tools to monitor and report key quality metrics, analyzing for improvements.Leverage developer tools and test automation to improve software release processes.Customize and use out-of-the-box tools for system instrumentation and monitoring.Maintain a knowledge base for developer tools and processes.Establish and gain acceptance for key results in our development pipeline and testing frameworks.Use prototypes and proof of concepts for architecture and design exploration.Advocate for developer tools within the organization.Make Altice a Developer-Friendly Environment.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development, automation, and tools.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#.Experience with Google Cloud or AWS.Understanding of software methodologies and DevOps practices.Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization.Experience automating test cases.Strong software design intuition and willingness to learn.Experience with data formats, performance considerations, and troubleshooting in live systems.Ability to contribute to policies related to technology.We are committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
