Social Worker - Medix : Job Details

Job Summary Our client seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for a Senior Mental Health Program. The role involves working within a dynamic mental health initiative supporting adults aged 60 and older in senior centers. Candidates must be 100% fluent in Spanish to deliver empathetic mental health services to seniors dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, and social isolation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy in a supportive, collaborative setting
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation (strong computer skills required)
• Participate in mandatory team meetings, clinical supervision, and CEU-accredited in-service trainings

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic and high-energy professionals
• Fluency in Spanish is required (not just conversational ability)

Additional Requirements

• Full-time position (35 hours per week) with an 8-4 schedule
