Social Worker - Insight Global : Job Details

We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Social Worker or Case Manager to support mental health services in the Seattle area. This is a full-time, weekday role with a consistent schedule.

Location: Seattle, WA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract Length: 9–13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license
• Master's or Doctorate in Social Work (MSW or DSW)

Preferred Experience

• Prior social work experience with high-risk populations
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments
• Spend 2–3 hours daily in direct patient interaction; remaining time focused on clinical documentation
• Perform medication management, suicide prevention, and risk of harm evaluations
• Lead release interviews and develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate post-release care and ensure continuity of mental health service

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
