Title: Social Work Supervisor Location: Manhattan, NY (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm Compensation: Pay Range:$72,000-$75,000 Per Year Description: Serve as both an Administrative and Model Supervisor. Provide supervision for Case Planners and Crisis Workers. Ensure compliance with child welfare standards and policies. Maintain adherence to program models. Report to the Director of Foster Care. Key Responsibilities: Promote organizational Mission, Vision, and Core Values. Supervise Case Planners and Crisis Workers for accountability. Ensure timely case management and documentation. Collaborate with relevant departments for child safety. Provide direct clinical training and support. Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff training. Qualifications: Master's degree in social work or equivalent mental health field. LMSW or LCSW licensing preferred. Experience with adolescents and families in welfare or mental health settings. Two years of experience as a therapist preferred. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
