Skills and Abilities:The ideal candidate will posse good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the facility's residents and work with the staff members to ensure the residents' needs are maintained on an individual basis.Experienced in the needs of the SNF/LTC residents and MDS 3.0 is a mustBSW preferred but not required, unless state regulations require a BSWThe right candidate will also have a minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory capacity in hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facilityMust be fully vaccinated We'd love the chance to discuss YOUR career with us..
