Top New York city Law Firm seeks an experienced Social Media/Marketing/Branding Manager to oversee their digital presence, develop marketing campaigns, and increase our brand as a trusted legal authority.
In this role, you will be the key driver in crafting professional and compelling content, managing social media platforms, collaborating with our leadership and staff to promote our legal services, and executing the firm's marketing strategy. Reporting to our CEO, this role is a critical new hire focused on amplifying the firm's brand voice, driving industry visibility and credibility, and
illustrating the value we deliver to our clients across leading and emerging social media platforms. If you are a marketing professional with an eye for detail and an understanding of the legal landscape, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with
business objectives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement in partnership with
internal stakeholders, including the heads of the New York and Pennsylvania offices.
● Content Creation: Create compelling and high-quality content, including graphics, videos,
legal insights, firm updates, client testimonials, tailored to platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter,
Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) that reflect our professional brand and resonate
with clients, peers, and the community.
● Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, respond to
comments/messages, and build relationships with influencers and industry leaders.

● Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all
touchpoints, including website, collateral, and attorney bios.

● Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure success,
optimize strategies, and generate insightful reports for the team.
● Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead with the latest social media trends, tools, competitor
activities, and best practices to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of digital
marketing.
● Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive
branding and messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent
experience).
● 5+ years of experience in social media, marketing and branding, preferably within a law firm
or professional services firm.
● Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and technology trends.
● Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and executing successful
marketing campaigns that drive engagement and leads.
● Strong ability to craft compelling brand messaging with the ability to adapt them to the
formal and ethical standards of a law firm.
● Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn
Analytics), and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
● Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling and the
ability to craft clear, concise, and professional content.
● Exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight
deadlines in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
● Detail-oriented with a relentless focus on execution and quality.
● Familiarity with legal marketing regulations (ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct) is a
