Social Media Manager - My Place Hotels of America - In-office Aberdeen, SDMy Place Hotels of America is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our Brand's online presence. This role will lead the planning, creation, and management of content across all social media platforms sharing The My Place story, engaging current and future guests, while growing our audiences.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Brand goals, local events, and marketing initiativesManage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and publishing across all platformsInteract with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive online communities dailyDevelop and execute paid social media campaigns while overseeing social media budgetsDesign and execute social media promotions to increase engagement and grow audiencesTrack key metrics and translate data into strategies that drive results and boost ROIProvide monthly reports on all social media performanceGain a full understanding of Brand standards regarding Brand imageReceives feedback and adapts plans according to needsStay current on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edgeQualifications:Bachelor's degree (Marketing or related field) preferred3-5 years of experience in social media marketingHave a deep understanding of LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and know how to tailor content for eachProven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategiesStrong understanding of social media analytics and performance measurementStrong copywriting and content creation skillsCreative thinker with attention to detailExcellent communication, organization, and project management skillsExperience running paid social ad campaignsProficiency in social media management toolsHighly knowledgeable with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing toolsSupervisory Responsibility:This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment:The job operates in a professional office environment or professional office environment.
