Qualifications you'll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, multimedia content creation, and organic social media management, ideally within a regulated industry such as health care or financial services.
- Proven storytelling ability with a strong portfolio showcasing original content across formats-video, audio, written, and visual-that drives engagement and brand growth.
- Advanced proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, or similar platforms for video editing and podcast production.
- Hands-on experience with blog publishing platforms and podcast hosting tools.
- Skilled in social media management platforms like SproutSocial, or similar, with a deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and analytics.
- Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content for digital channel optimization.
- Empathy-driven communicator with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to representing member voices with professionalism and care.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, PR, customer service, and compliance teams to align content with organizational goals.

Your key responsibilities: Content Creation and Strategy :
- Own and lead the development of original, high-impact multimedia content-including video series, podcasts, blogs, infographics, and social media assets-that drives engagement and builds brand affinity.
- Design and execute content strategies that support MVP's business goals, marketing campaigns, and member engagement initiatives, with a strong focus on storytelling and audience relevance.
- Develop and manage editorial calendars and content roadmaps that reflect seasonal priorities, audience insights, and emerging trends across health care and digital media.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, public relations, clinical experts) and external partners to source, produce, and publish content that is timely, accurate, and compelling.
- Interview subject matter experts and transform complex topics into accessible, SEO-optimized content tailored for digital consumption.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content formats, maintaining MVP's voice, tone, and visual identity while adapting for platform-specific best practices.
- Innovate and experiment with new content formats and storytelling techniques to expand MVP's reach and relevance in the digital space.
- Contribute to the evolution of MVP's owned media strategy, identifying opportunities to grow our library content and deepen audience engagement through original storytelling.
Organic Social Media Strategy & Development
- Drive growth and engagement across MVP's organic social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) by leveraging original content to build community, increase reach, and attract new followers.
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies that align with MVP's brand voice and audience behaviors, using owned content to spark conversation, share value, and deepen relationships.
- Collaborate with content creators and internal stakeholders to ensure social media assets are optimized for performance, accessibility, and platform trends.
- Monitor and respond to community feedback with empathy and professionalism, fostering trust and transparency through timely engagement.
- Use social listening and analytics tools to identify emerging trends, audience preferences, and real-time opportunities for engagement and storytelling.
- Experiment with new formats and features (e.g., Reels, Stories, Shorts, Threads) to expand MVP's organic reach and stay ahead of platform changes.
- Continuously refine social strategy based on performance data, audience insights, and campaign goals to ensure content is driving measurable impact.
- Identify and collaborate with local influencers, community leaders, and brand advocates to amplify MVP's content and extend reach within key audiences.
- Develop partnership strategies that align with MVP's values and messaging, ensuring influencer content supports brand goals and resonates authentically with followers.
Reputation Management
- Monitor and manage MVP's digital reputation across key platforms including Google, Yelp, Glassdoor, and app stores, ensuring timely and professional responses to reviews and feedback.
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to strengthen MVP's online presence, including soliciting positive reviews, amplifying member success stories, and addressing negative feedback with empathy and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders-including Customer Care, Government Relations, and Corporate Communications-to investigate and resolve member issues surfaced through social channels and review platforms, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Serve as a liaison between digital audiences and internal teams, translating feedback into actionable insights that inform service improvements and enhance member experience.
- Track sentiment and reputation trends to identify recurring themes, emerging risks, and opportunities to improve MVP's public perception and member satisfaction.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance of content across all owned and social channels, using metrics such as engagement, reach, sentiment, and conversion to evaluate effectiveness and guide future content decisions.
- Build and present actionable reports that translate data into insights, highlighting what's working, where to improve, and how content is contributing to broader brand and business goals.
- Use analytics to inform content strategy, optimizing formats, publishing cadence, and messaging based on audience behavior and platform trends.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates, continuously researching best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to ensure MVP's content remains relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align reporting with campaign goals, member engagement priorities, and organizational KPIs.
