Gunstock Mountain Resort is seeking a Director of Snowsports to lead its beloved and dynamic snowsports school programs. As a key member of the senior management team reporting to the General Manager, the Snowsports Director oversees the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational success of the Learning Center, Children s Center, Nordic Operations, and Race Operations departments. This role is ideal for a leader who brings fresh, guest-focused approaches to snowsports instruction, program design, and instructor development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Snowsports Operations: Inspire and guide ski, snowboard, and cross-country instructors in the Learning and Children s Centers and Nordic Center.
