• Direct snow removal crews and oversee plow operations on-site
• Monitor conditions and adjust team routes in real-time
• Serve as point of contact for dispatch and emergencies
• Complete reports, track attendance, and enforce safety standards
• Provide support and mentorship to new operators

Requirements

• CDL (Class A/B) preferred, but Non-CDL supervisors welcome
• Prior experience in snow removal or field supervision highly preferred
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license
• Ability to lead crews in harsh weather conditions and high-pressure environment.
