Compensation:
$20-$26/hour, depending on education, experience, and languages spoken.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing ABA therapy to children (18 months to school age) in 1:1 or social skills group settings
- Data collection for all goals each session
- Writing session notes after each session
- Submitting notes, data, and timesheets timely
- Implementing behavior support plans
- Maintaining client confidentiality
Qualifications and Skills:
- Part-Time (10-28 hours/week) position
- Reliable transportation to client homes or community
- Valid CA driver's license, clear DMV report, auto insurance, and registration
- Pass background check and TB test
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Psychology, Special Education, Communicative Disorders, ABA, or related fields
- Experience with children preferred but not required; babysitting, camp counseling, tutoring, etc.
- Registered Behavior Technician or willing to obtain certification
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Physical ability to engage in activities like lifting up to 35 pounds, sitting on the floor, and moving quickly as needed
