They are looking for a Small Business Credit Manager to guide their credit and servicing teams, bring clarity to complex lending, and help shape the future of our small business portfolio. It's a high-impact role with a seat at the table - perfect for someone who loves digging into deals, developing people, and keeping the Bank smart and sharp. What You'll Own:

• Team Leadership: Lead a sharp group of credit managers and servicing pros. Mentor, motivate, and align the team with the Bank's growth goals.
• Big Ticket Underwriting: Roll up your sleeves and get in the mix - you'll underwrite complex, high-dollar loans (think seven figures) on the regular.
• Training: Create training programs that level up your team's skills, boost accuracy, and make underwriting more efficient.
• KPIs: Build, track, and refine performance metrics. Your radar will always be on how the team is trending - and what needs tweaking.
• Strategic Guidance: You'll help define and coach others on our Small Business credit appetite - especially in C&I and CRE lending up to $3M.
• Credit Reviews: Evaluate maturing credits and decide what gets renewed. You'll keep our portfolio strong and stable.

You Bring:

• Million-dollar lending authority.
• Deep knowledge of small business lending, especially in C&I and CRE.
• Experience leading credit and servicing teams with results to show.
• A knack for coaching, communicating, and keeping everyone moving in the same direction.
• Comfort working with banking regs (FDIC, OCC, etc.) - you know the ropes.
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail - you don't miss a thing.
• Familiarity with building KPIs and using data to drive decisions.

Your Background:

• 10+ to 15 years' relevant experience
• Bachelors degree (preferred), but they get that experience comes in many forms so will accept appropriate experience with an Associates degree.
