Compensation Range

Hourly: $29.90 - $35.20 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

The main purpose of this job is to assist specialists and internal partners across the market with calling activities, credit/portfolio requests, account management/maintenance, and community events.

• Contact customers to retain and expand relationships using Consultative Selling approach
• Execute Credit/Portfolio tasks as required including, but not limited to: contacting customers for updated financial information and loan agreement compliance requirements, complete customer financial reporting requirements and loan covenant/provision compliance administration, and submit company and personal financial statements
• Facilitate loan closings for Vehicle and Equipment loans
• Facilitate the resolution of customer maintenance/management tasks within the market, engaging product experts as needed
• Participates in community and business functions/groups to ensure a positive image for the bank and to establish Centers of Influences (COI's)
• Review preliminary credit approval summaries
• Evaluate appraisal annual review requirements and coordinate service requests
• Support Specialists with prospecting, cross selling, business development and beginning to structure loans
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Intermediate loan documentation knowledge including best practices
• Basic credit analysis skills
• Strong customer service skills

• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1+ years banking/financial services experience required
