Job Description: Our client is looking for a dynamic Medical Director to lead a large, multi-doctor general practice and emergency hospital. The practice is AAHA-accredited and equipped with advanced diagnostic capabilities such as CT, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and an ICU. The role involves a balance of clinical duties, leadership, and mentorship, supported by a large and collaborative team including on-site specialists. The ideal candidate will take charge of guiding clinical protocols, mentoring associates and interns, and setting the tone for patient care standards while working in a high-functioning and compassionate environment. You will work alongside 40 veterinarians and a large support staff that includes licensed technicians, interns, and specialists in oncology, internal medicine, cardiology, and surgery. Package:
