Sleep Technologist - Ironside Human Resources : Job Details

A well-respected facility near Corning, NY, is seeking a Sleep Technologist to join their sleep study team! $25,000 Signing Bonus! Open to new grads!

Pay Range: $29-$38/hr

Sleep Technologist Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire position
• Schedule: 3x12s Night shift
• $ 25,000 Signing Bonus

Sleep Technologist Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and documentation standards
• Conduct overnight sleep studies including diagnostic, PAP titration, MSLT, and MWT procedures.
• Monitor and record data related to sleep stages, respiratory events, cardiac rhythms, limb movements, and more
• Identify and respond to clinical events during the study, ensuring patient safety and comfort

Sleep Technologist Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Polysomnographic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, or Nursing program
• Credentialed as a Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) or eligible within 18 months of hire
• Licensed in the State of New York as a Polysomnographic Technologist, Respiratory Therapist, or Respiratory Therapy Technician
• Current BLS certification
