Sleep Medicine Physician - Saint Francis Healthcare System : Job Details

Saint Francis, a Level III Trauma Center, servicing a patient population of 720,000, is seeking a Board-Certified Sleep Medicine Provider to join our Cape Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine Team. Our Team consists of 4 Pulmonologists, 3 advanced practice providers, 1 respiratory therapist, and dedicated support staff focused on quality patient care. Responsibilities:

• Outpatient Clinic: Opportunity for 4-day work week & hybrid model.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with sleep disorders including sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, REM behavior disorder, periodic limb movement disorder and others.
• Prescribe initial positive airway pressure (PAP) settings, evaluate, and manage all modalities of PAP including making necessary changes to pressure settings, evaluation, and management of sleep-related ventilatory disorders. Provide interpretation of sleep studies & sleep oximetry.
• 3600+ sleep studies annually , conducted in state-of-art AASM accredited lab with 8 private rooms.

Requirements: Medical Partners uphold the highest standards of professional excellence and are expected to meet the following criteria:

• Open to family medicine, internal medicine, neurologist, and psychiatry trained physicians. Board Certified in Sleep Medicine required .
• Missouri Physician license or ability to obtain a license upon credentialing
• Active Missouri DEA registration or ability to obtain upon credentialing
• BLS certification or ability to obtain upon credentialing
