The ideal candidate will have strong full-cycle recruiting experience and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and prioritize recruitment efforts across 30+ technical and skilled trade openings
• Screen candidate applications, conduct phone interviews, and assess qualifications
• Coordinate background checks, generate pay models, and prepare offer letters
• Collaborate with HR and departmental leadership to align hiring strategies with operational goals
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation
