We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers to join our team on active job sites. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and takes pride in hands-on work. Youll assist with various tasks including site preparation, loading and unloading materials, using tools and machinery, and supporting skilled tradespeople.

Responsibilities:

- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials

- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades as needed

- Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris

- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment correctly

- Load and unload building materials

- Set up and take down temporary structures (e.g. scaffolding)
