PeopleReady Skilled Trades is now hiring skilled laborers for a unique city project in Des Moines, Iowa. The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

• Assist in the installation of canopy systems
• Operate power tools, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers
• Assemble and bolt steel components with precision
• Support in general construction tasks related to structural installation

• OSHA 10 certification (required)
• Experience with power tools, lifts, and telehandlers
• Telehandler certification (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and assembly knowledge
• Ability to read basic construction drawings a plus
• Experience in military service, automotive mechanics, ironworking, carpentry or structural assembly desired
