Learn more at .Responsibilities: HOURS: 5 X 8's Assist in all phases of construction: site prep, concrete, framing, rough carpentry, punch-out, and cleanup Use hand and power tools for basic construction tasks Load and unload materials, set up tools/equipment, and prep job sites Work alongside carpenters, masons, plumbers, and electricians as needed Operate basic equipment or assist heavy equipment operators with spotting and signaling Read and follow instructions from foremen, blueprints, or layout plans Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient worksite at all times Qualifications: Be able to complete / pass pre-employment screenings to work on a Federal Installation Be eligible to work in the United States 4+ years of construction labor experience across multiple trades or job phases Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle physically demanding work Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, PPE usage, and jobsite protocols Comfortable using a variety of construction tools and materials Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Willingness to take direction and contribute as part of a team Have full PPE and wear it on-site at all times TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
