What You'll Do:

• Perform hands-on construction tasks including concrete work, jackhammering, and installation of waterproofing systems
• Load, unload, and stage materials efficiently
• Work as part of a crew to complete jobs safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional job site
• Apply your experience to improve crew efficiency and maximize incentive earnings

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in construction, waterproofing, or general labor (1+ year preferred)
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable, self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with tools, ladders, and jobsite safety practices
• Valid driver's license preferred
