What You'll Be Doing
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently to reduce operational downtime.
Install and upgrade electrical installations and components as needed.
Adhere to all safety standards and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Work closely with fellow maintenance team members to enhance plant performance.
What We're Looking For
Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, demonstrating expertise.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints accurately.
Skilled in using various electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities along with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Conditions of Employment
Candidates must pass a post-offer pre-employment physical exam, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions may require ongoing drug and alcohol testing regulated by FMCSA.
Work Environment
This role primarily operates in environments with moving mechanical equipment, extreme weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Frequent activities include standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Manual dexterity to utilize tools and perform intricate tasks.
