What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently to reduce operational downtime.

• Install and upgrade electrical installations and components as needed.

• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

• Work closely with fellow maintenance team members to enhance plant performance.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, demonstrating expertise.

• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints accurately.

• Skilled in using various electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.

• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities along with keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Conditions of Employment

• Candidates must pass a post-offer pre-employment physical exam, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Some positions may require ongoing drug and alcohol testing regulated by FMCSA.

Work Environment

• This role primarily operates in environments with moving mechanical equipment, extreme weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Frequent activities include standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

• Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces.

• Manual dexterity to utilize tools and perform intricate tasks.
