Ski Patrol Director - Boyne Resorts : Job Details

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage 15 area foremen, 4 Patrol Supervisors, 1 Assistant patrol director and approximately 110 front line and volunteer patrollers and Mountain Hosts, and the participants in the Gould Academy Patrol Program. The Patrol Director is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this unit, including: Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and terminating team members Planning, assigning and directing work Performance evaluations, rewarding and disciplining Encourage professional development and certification among Team Members Addressing complaints and resolving issues within the patrol team Training patrollers in on hill safety, first aid, lift evacuations, liabilities, guest relations, and regulation enforcement. Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, and medical treatments. Establish standards and procedures for the ski patrol team. Investigate all guest and employee incidents.
