This position is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and staff on the mountain across winter and summer seasons, coordinating daily patrol operations, and supervising a team of ski patrollers, bike rangers, and dispatchers. The Assistant Director leads emergency response efforts, facilitates staff training, manages compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and ensures a positive guest experience while promoting a safe, inclusive, and fun environment. The Assistant Ski & Bike Patrol Director aids the Ski & Bike Patrol Director in formulating and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
