Sitting Leaders FellowshipDepartment: TeachMichigan Employment Type: Programme Location: Michigan Description The Sitting Leaders Fellowship is a two-year cohort-based fellowship for assistant principals and principals seeking development to lead more just and equitable school communities. Through engagement in convenings, workshops, coaching, and additional experiential learning opportunities, fellows will develop the adaptive and technical skills for school leadership and apply their learnings to benefit their school communities. - Sits in a Principal or Assistant Principal role
- Holds a current Standard or Professional Certificate or administrative certificate
- Receives recommendation from current supervisor
- Leading in a partner district/school
- OR Teach For America Corps Member alums (do not need to be currently teaching in a partner district/school)

- At least $35,000 in financial awards provided over 3 years
- Year 1: $5,000 Signing Bonus, $5,000 Completion Bonus
- Year 2: $10,000 Completion Bonus
