Site Superintendent - Michael Page : Job Details

Our client is a premier name in the custom home construction space. Their projects are out in the Hamptons and other parts of Riverhead, NY. They are a family-owned shop who takes pride in their work and who takes care of their people.

Oversee daily on-site operations for custom home construction projects. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers. Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with building codes and safety regulations. Maintain project schedules and timelines, ensuring milestones are met. Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients to provide updates. Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times. Track materials, deliveries, and site documentation.

Site Superintendent:

• Proven experience as a site superintendent or foreman in residential construction (custom home experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus
• General knowledge of Building and Construction codes
