Position Title: Site Security Manager I

Location: Cocoa Beach, FL

Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI, SAP Information eligible, consent for Counterintelligence polygraph

The Air Force (AF) Special Access Program (SAP) Security Support Services (SSS) assist the AF security authority in overseeing security objectives supporting AF SAP interests through active security operations, processes, mechanisms, and management. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing security plans and documentation such as CVR, CSP, FFC, SOPs, and TEMPEST documentation.
• Conducting security inspections to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documenting violations and coordinating with the Accrediting Official (AO).
• Ensuring security of construction sites, materials, and access control.
• Mitigating threats with the AO to counter security and counterintelligence risks.
• Adhering to regulations including NISPOM, ICD, UFCs, and SAP policies.
• Overseeing security staff and procedures, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Providing security briefings and training to personnel.
• Ensuring documentation and accreditation compliance for all security aspects of the project.

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience or 5 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience with physical security, personnel management, or construction management.
• Certifications such as SFPC, SAPPC, SPSC, SPIPC, PSC, ISOC, ATC are preferred; experience with SPeD credentials is considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety training (OSHA, ICD 705, etc.) within specified timeframes.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, walk long distances, and climb stairs.
• Desired certifications include Site Security Manager, Construction Surveillance Technician, and Blueprint Reading.
