This is not your typical IT support job. You'll sit at the intersection of technology and market operations, ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of real-time trading systems across hundreds of venues. Whether it's diagnosing an infrastructure issue, helping a trader understand a system event, or proactively fine-tuning performance before markets open, your role is essential to the heartbeat of our platform.

You'll join a collaborative global team that thrives on problem-solving, curiosity, and fast decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who loves systems, enjoys pressure, and is excited about the scale and pace of modern markets.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage the firm's global electronic trading infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in live environments (Windows/Linux).
• Act as a point of contact for exchange and counterparty interactions.
• Collaborate with trading, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure systems run efficiently and reliably.
• Continuously improve tools and processes to support scale, resilience, and speed.

What You'll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in a Site Reliability, DevOps, or Production Support role (recent graduates with strong technical foundations also considered).
• Working knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments.
• Calm, clear communication in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
• Interest in real-time systems, high-throughput environments, or low-latency architecture.
• A strong academic background and passion for technology.

Nice to Have

• Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, Perl, Go).
• Familiarity with SQL and database tools.
• Knowledge of global markets, trading systems, or order flows.
• Exposure to configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Salt).
• Understanding of network protocols and diagnostics (TCP/UDP).
