Senior Site Reliability Engineer – High Frequency Trading - Trade Automation - Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund - Multi Billion Dollar Hedge Fund - Multiple Headcount - Up to $900k TC

Join a leading multi-strategy hedge fund, where you'll collaborate with elite engineers and top investment professionals to develop cutting-edge trading technology.

We are seeking highly skilled SREs with 10+ years of experience to join a leading multi-strategy hedge fund. This new hire will be one of the first hires in the Enterprise SRE team and comes off the back of a record-breaking performance year and continued investment in scaling their automated trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the transformation of trading, research, and development environments to a fully automated, systematic trading system operating 24/7 across multiple assets globally.
• Build effective tooling for automation across all phases of SDLC, ensuring rigorous testing, release, and deployment processes.
• Improve trading systems' performance, monitoring, availability, and reliability.
• Provide day-to-day support for mission-critical trading applications and infrastructure.
• Develop a deep understanding of trading workflows and demonstrate excellent incident management skills.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python or another scripting language
• Experience with SQL databases
• Knowledge of FIX Protocol
