• Test features in SplunkCloud.
• Develop and update documentation on configuration and infrastructure changes.
• Implement configuration and infrastructure changes in customer cloud environments.
• Lead troubleshooting for customer incidents on the SplunkCloud platform.
• Develop and update automation tools.

• Operational experience at scale, especially with Linux and networking.
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
• Previous roles such as Systems Admin, Network Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
• Passion for work, responsibility, and project ownership.
• Experience in incident management.
• Interest in distributed systems and scaling solutions.

• Must obtain SplunkCloud Architect Certification within 2 years.
• 2-3 years Linux experience.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python or Go.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and on-call.
• US Citizenship required to support FedRAMP High environment.

• Splunk administration.
• Experience with Puppet, Jenkins, GCP, AWS, Powershell, and Microsoft Azure.

Salary range: $117,120 - $161,040 USD. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and performance incentives. This position is full-time, permanent, and based remotely.
