Site Operations Planner - Unilever, plc : Job Details

Develop and communicate weekly production schedules based on supply plans and run strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage material changes and ensure alignment across production, logistics, quality, and planning teams. Lead NFG Betaine feedstock planning and coordinate with bulk planners to maintain inventory targets and avoid disruptions. Optimize material planning using SAP and Unilever systems to drive automation and efficiency. Build and manage supplier relationships, resolving material issues and driving performance improvements. Monitor and improve Output Reliability (OR) through data analysis, action planning, and tradeoff evaluations. Ensure compliance and utilization of planning systems, including MRP and PO tracking with the c. MRP team. Lead seamless material transitions with zero waste and align run rates with factory capabilities. Analyze production data to adjust future schedules and support strategic initiatives and VIP projects.
