Directly managing a team of three direct reports, with a focus on building the capabilities of our manufacturing workforce within a safe working environment. - Promoting a culture of teamwork, employee involvement, and continuous improvement through High-Performance Work Teams (HPW - Ts). - Leading efforts to drive continuous improvement and Lean principles using the Eaton Business System (EBS), Value Stream Transformations, and other Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) tools. - Identify and implement strategies to achieve steady improvements in safety, productivity, quality, delivery and operating profits. - Achieving revenue growth by executing monthly production plans. - Leading cross-functional teams to establish processes that improve key metrics (ex.
